Welcome to Wrex’s world. He’s in the team, coaches the team, makes up the rules and screams from the sidelines. Even if you score he’ll have something to say. You just can’t get away from him.

Numbers which represent parts of a whole, such as fractions and decimals, are needed in everyday practical situations. Knowledge of the decimal place value develops slowly during the middle and upper primary years and a sound understanding of the sequence and order of decimal numbers is needed to grasp decimal notation successfully.
By playing Wrex Rules the player will use their existing knowledge and understanding of number subtraction patterns and transfer this understanding to decimal notation using regrouping (carrying of tens and hundreds). The game play in Wrex Rules directs focus to theplace value of a digita and sequence of numerals while the arrows support the concept of regrouping.
