Downloadable Items
As soon as we receive confirmation that payment has been made the downloadable items in your order are made available for you to download from the web site.
We normally allow two(2) attempts to download a file to cater for any communication difficulties you may encounter. However, if you still have any difficulties downloading any files please use the Contact Us link below and let us know your Order Number, email address and the problems you are having and we will endeavour to rectify the situation.
Backup CDs
Some of our downloadable products have an additional option for a Backup CD. Orders for these Backup CDs will be processed within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment confirmation. They will be sent via Air mail from Australia so please allow at least 5 working days for them to arrive at your shipping address.
Return Policy
Downloadable products cannot be returned.
